成      份:  鮮菇調味粉(鹽、L-麩酸鈉、玉米澱粉、糖、乳糖、調味劑(5’-次黃嘌吟核苷磷酸二鈉、5’-鳥嘌呤核苷磷酸二鈉)、羥丙基磷酸二澱粉、濃縮蛋白質、
                     香菇粉、棕櫚油、香料)、紅棗、當歸、草果、黨蔘、枸杞、孜然、黃耆、芝麻、白豆蔻。
                     ※本產品含過敏源大豆、牛奶

How to cook / 調理方式
1.湯鍋內加入清水或高湯約600c.c.(勿加任何調味料),再加入薑片2片,將水加熱煮沸。
Add 700c.c. of water or broth into a pot, next put in 2 ginger slices,  then bring it to boil (Do not add any seasonings). 

2.水煮沸後,打開料理包,加入湯鍋內,攪拌均勻即可,起鍋前加幾滴植物油,風味更佳。(若覺得湯底口味太重可加清水或湯稀釋濃度)
Once it is boiled, pour in EASTFOOD soup base mix. Finally, mix it well. Before you serve, add few drops of vegetable oil for better flavor.(If the flavor is too strong, you can add some water or broth to thin out the taste.)

3.加入喜愛的食材,食材燙熟後即可開始享用美食。
You can add your favorite ingredients into the soup base. Once the ingredients are cooked thoroughly, you are ready to dig in. 


**建議第一次湯頭用以涮食材入味,添加水後再品嚐湯頭。
**It is suggested that the first-time soup used for cooked the ingredients for rich flavor, and then add some water for tasting the broth.
