 產品名稱: 清香養生鍋(純素)

成       份: 鮮味粉 (玉米澱粉、葡萄糖、白砂糖、胡椒、薑黃、酵母抽出物、胺基乙酸)、精鹽、紅棗、枸杞、芝麻、當歸、草果、黨蔘、黃耆 。

 容       量: 淨重約45g±10g

 保存方式: 存放於室溫陰涼處,冷藏更佳,開封後請盡快食用。

 保存期限: 一年

 有效期限: 標示於包裝袋上
 
 
How to cook / 調理方式
1.湯鍋內加入清水或大骨湯約700c.c.(勿加任何調味料),再加入去皮蒜頭10顆、薑片1片、蔥段2支,將水加熱煮沸。
Add 700c.c. of water or broth into a pot, next put in 10 peeled garlic cloves, 1 ginger slice and 2 scallion pieces,  then bring it to boil (Do not add any seasonings). 

2.水煮沸後,打開料理包,加入湯鍋內,攪拌均勻即可。(若覺得湯底口味太重可加清水或湯稀釋濃度)
Once it is boiled, pour in EASTFOOD soup base mix. Finally, mix it well and you are ready to serve.(If the flavor is too strong, you may add some water or broth to thin out the taste.)

3.加入喜愛的食材,食材燙熟後即可開始享用美食。
You can add your favorite ingredients into the soup base. Once the ingredients are cooked thoroughly, you are ready to dig in. 


**建議第一次湯頭用以涮食材入味,添加水後再品嚐湯頭。
**It is suggested that the first-time soup used for cooking the ingredients to enrich the flavor, and then add some water for tasting the broth.
